what do these numbers & letters mean for a camera?

im looking to buy a new HD camcorder, and all these letters and numbers are confusing me to death. so if someone can please decipher these for me, i thank you! these are the titles of the cameras I’m looking at.
1. Canon – VIXIA *HF R21 32GB* HD Flash Memory Camcorder – Black
2. Sony – *HDR-CX130/B* HD Flash Memory Camcorder – Black
3. Insignia™ – Refurbished *5.0MP* High-Definition Digital Camcorder with 3" LCD Screen – Dark
4. BlueSamsung – *H300* HD Flash Memory Camcorder – Black
5. Panasonic – *HDC-TM90* 16GB Flash Memory Camcorder – Black
6. Samsung – *Q10* Switch Grip HD Flash Memory Camcorder – Black
7. Canon – VIXIA *HF R20* 8GB Flash Memory Camcorder – Black

I’m basically looking at the whole inventory of cameras, so any help at all with this is appreciated.

  1. They are just model numbers. They are picked by marketing managers and don’t necessarily mean anything, although some companies have an internal code from which they generate model numbers.
