What is the best brand of digital touch screen camera to buy?

I want to buy a new touch screen camera because I’ve seen ads for the new Kodak Slice and Sony Cyber-Shot TX7. There are a lot of brands and cameras out there and I want to find the perfect camera for me. I am looking for something durable with HD video, excellent picture quality, touch screen, picture editing and painting and so on. I currently have the Sony Cyber-shot T300 and I love nearly everything about it but I want more features. Any ideas?
